Standardized operating procedures provides our Multicorp staff with procedures and controls over processes and operations. They give management and employees direction to ensure that standard tasks are completed to our company policy.
The importance of the SOP is to ensure the successful outcome of a task and to confirm and verify that the outcome is consistent no matter who completes the task. SOP offers all management and employees a standardized way to communicate. When improvements are made to Multicorp processes or tasks the SOP is updated and the old SOP replaced.
